Many of our clients value our ability to provide a one-stop shop where we provide full technical production with lighting, sound, staging, set, live video, streaming and crew.

One of the keys to a successful event production is good design, and we understand and take that seriously. Through our design process we make sure that everything looks and sounds great whilst also being functionally correct. Our design capabilities include a full 3D visualisation package for lighting and coverage simulation software for audio – this allows you to easily understand what we have planned and allows us to ensure that it will work on the day.

We provide all of the services below either combined with any other production services or on their own.

Live Video

Video is a quickly becoming a necessity at live events and we provide a full, tailored live video service from initial concept through to the end result.

Conveying your message to an audience is so much more effective when they can see clearly exactly what the message is. Making sure the presenter/participants can be seen by all audience members is crucial to the enjoyment of the event.

We use the latest professional projection, LED screen and camera technology to relay your message. The video feed can be relayed to big screens on stage, backstage, to other rooms in the venue – in fact anywhere you’d like!

We also produce video content for your event such as trailers, product demonstrations, awards ceremony teasers and intros and we have a wide range of creative video editors, motion graphic designers and CGI artists who will work with your own team to bring your ideas for your event to life through video.

Events can be recorded the full HD using broadcast standard cameras for archive, internal distribution, broadcast or future revenue (such as blu-rays, DVDs and network distribution)

A popular choice for a lot of our clients is to incorporate live streaming into the workflow to increase the reach of your event from those physically at the event, to a ticket-only distribution and even to a worldwide audience.

Lighting & Sound

digitalSTAGE provides multi-purpose lighting for a wide range of occasions and events. Our experienced lighting designers, sound designers and crew will ensure that whatever the occasion, it will leave a lasting impression on your audience.

Concerts, Theatre & Festivals – We have extensive experience in the design and provision of lighting and sound for concerts of all scales, from small intimate acoustic gigs to huge open air festivals.

Conferences & Awards Evenings – Our lighting and sound designs can enhance the impact of your corporate event to help you make the right impression. Whether it’s subtle background lighting and soundscapes right through to full-on spectacular, we can design a system to suit your requirements.


Product Launches – Make sure that your product gets the attention it deserves with a bespoke lighting and sound design, be it a launch or display we can present your goods in the style they demand.

Exhibitions – Whether functional or creative we can provide a lighting and sound system to highlight and enhance your exhibition space. We have worked within and understand the constraints of the exhibition industry and our designs take this into account. Clients are not always aware of the impact that well selected sound and lighting can have on the mood of an exhibition stand – it can subtly create an ambience, changing the atmosphere of your stand and enhancing the impact of your display.

Staging & Sets

Staging – we can supply small or large stages for performances, camera risers and other uses, both indoors and outdoors. Our staging can be used as a stand alone system or to complement existing risers. It can be finished in a variety of surfaces depending on your requirements so that your event looks its best even down to the smallest detail.

Draping – whether you require star cloth, white gauze or standard black theatre drape, we stock a variety of options to suit your needs. If your requirements are more complex, we also provide a bespoke draping service to meet your design specification. We specialise in “kabuki-drop” style cloths which fall from the roof to the floor revealing the stage/product for an extra spectacular start to your show or product launch. In the past we have combined this with projection and performers to give the ultimate in audience experience.

Rigging – we stock a variety of truss and have a wealth of knowledge. Our experienced riggers will make sure that whatever you need hung is rigged in a safe and efficient manner. We can provide all types of ground-supported and flown systems, from purely functional structures to highlighted set pieces. All of our lifting equipment is serviced and certified to the required industry standards.

Set Design – one of the keys to a successful event is the way it looks, and we work with many of the UK’s leading set designers to produce a set which will enhance your message. We can supply lectures, tables, chairs and even bespoke-cut logos and images to match your brand and ideas perfectly.
